Staff accountants:

Staff accountants generally have up to ten (10) years experience in public accounting. Staff accountants will be exposed to a wide variety of assignments under the direction of experienced accountants and managers.

Managers:

Managers are responsible for implementing client service plans, supervising staff accountants and handling the firm's more complex engagements. They have demonstrated strong knowledge of accounting and tax issues, firm policies and procedures and service philosophy.
